Comprehensive communication system that allows permission based access to access different data & tasks. Traca allows several ‘user’ types; for example, admin user (family member), family member carer, nurse or sub-contractor or medical staff.
The way we communicate has changed
Traca has real time messaging to individuals or groups, often only found on social networks, so any decisions that need to be made in the care of the elderly person is recorded, transparent and easy to find. Ability to share inportant data at a touch of a button, such as medication list is easier than sending a text message.
Actions are logged & accessible within a few clicks
All files and communication is time and geo-located stamped. Allows people, who need to know, what, where and when ‘tasks’ have been actioned upon or completed. Users will be notified via mobile or PC when an action they are involved in has been updated, keeping them in the loop whilst they are on the move.
Activity reporting & integration
All activity within Traca is tracked and is reported on. Traca presents information so that you can make more informed decisions. All features are API driven opening up for 3rd party integration. This allows Traca to be adapted for many vertical markets throughout the Health and Social Care industry.
